I have a degree in the field if medicine and surgery from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and I do my specialization in urology at the Colegio Mayor De Nuestra Señora del Rosario, which allowed me to do the residency in high prestige institutions in the country such as: Fundación Cardioinfantil, Hospital de la Samaritana, Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá, Hospital Universitario Mayor and Hospital Militar Central, among others.
Currently, I dedicate my medical practice to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases from the prostate, urinary system, functional diseases, and pelvic floor disorders. In those last two branches I am a pioneer in the Coffee area (Eje Cafetero), a region where I practice my profession.
As a doctor, I stand out in my field, for maintaining a constant academic training, being a teacher at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.
I am an active member of scientific associations such as the Colombian Society of Urology, American Confederation of Urology, the American Urological Association and the International Continence Society.
