STEP 1.

INITIAL INFORMATION

Please check our website carefully. Find out about us, the medical, tourist and wellness specialties we offer, our hospitals and health centers, the medical teams, the city, details of the intervention, etc., until you gather the information you need.

STEP 2.

TREATMENT REQUEST

Once you have fully informed yourself about the treatment you are interested in, complete the “REQUEST A QUOTE” form. We will respond to you in less than 24 to 48 hours.

STEP 3.

RECEIPT OF BUDGET

We will make a personalized estimate and the price of the treatment with all the requirements you made.

STEP 4.

ORGANIZE YOUR TRIP

We offer you the option of hiring the necessary elements to organize your trip to our state through our members. Contact our members if you need any of the following travel services:

  • Accommodation
  • Personal assistant
  • Tourism information
  • Interpreter / translator service
  • Transfers (airport, hospital, hotel)
  • Flights
  • Visa

STEP 5.

TREATMENT RESERVATION

Acceptance of the budget: if all the information received is to your satisfaction and interest, proceed to accept the budget by paying the deposit or down payment whose value is indicated in the budget.

Consultation and intervention appointment: once we have agreed to your reservation, confirmation of the appointment date for the consultation with the doctor and the date of the intervention will be sent to you.

STEP 6.

YOUR OPERATION AND HOSPITAL STAY

Once the treatment or medical procedure has been completed, you will be able to recover in a hotel located near the Clinics or if you prefer in a country hotel, with all the comforts and care required for your recovery.

STEP 7.

BACK HOME

After discharge, you will be given all the documentation related to your intervention. Contact us if you have any unexpected reactions, symptoms or changes and we will immediately put you in touch with your doctor or care manager so that they can give you and your doctor in your country the necessary instructions.
